Xiaojuan Yang

She is a research assistant at the ICPC, contributing to the PRIN project “Digital Sovereignty in Comparative Perspective: State Authority, Corporate Power, and Fundamental Rights in Cyberspace.” Her research interests focus on norm contestation and global cyber governance. She has extensive experience in Research and Project Management. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English Literature, Diplomacy, International Relations, and Computational Linguistics from universities in China, Italy, and Germany. She is currently pursuing a PhD in International Relations at Freie Universität Berlin.
