About
Chiara Spiniello (PhD in Public, Comparative and International Law) is a research fellow at the Department of Business Sciences - Management & Innovation Systems/DISAMIS of the University of Salerno. In this context, she is involved in the project “Digital Sovereignty in comparative perspective: state authority, corporate power and fundamental rights in cyberspace”.
She was lecturer for Italian and foreign universities (LUISS Guido Carli University, Université du Luxembourg) and collaborator on different teachings (parliamentary law, comparative public law, constitutional law, among others).
Her main research interests focus on Italian, French and Canadian legal systems (especially Forms of Government, Electoral Systems, Constitutional Jurisprudence).
