Brahim Ouamane – Faculty SWING 2025

Brahim Ouamane joined the digital development agency (ADD) in 2019 as Deputy Director General. Since December 2022, he has served as the Director of the digital ecosystem within the agency. With over 25 years of experience, Ouamane has held several leadership positions across various sectors, including tourism, social and solidarity economy, industry and trade, and digital economy. Throughout his career, Ouamane has contributed to the success of several sectoral development projects, such as The Azur Vision 2010 plan, Vision 2015 for the handicraft sector, the Millennium Challenge Corporation compact 1 (mcc1), and the Industrial Acceleration plan (pai). He has also played a key role in implementing the digital development agency’s roadmap, allowing him to build extensive and diverse multisectoral expertise. At add, Ouamane is also responsible for coordinating with stakeholders in the digital ecosystem to foster the growth, emergence, and promotion of national innovative entrepreneurship.
