Abdelali Madani has 28 years experience in government service. He began his career at the Haut Commissariat au Plan, where he was in charge of documentation and multimedia information.
He was then appointed administrator at the National Telecommunciations Regulatory Agency (ANRT) before becoming head of the legal analysis and litigation department at the same organization. He also taught the information law course at the Ecole des Sciences de l’Information for several years.
Since the creation of the ADD, he has been Head of the Regulations and
Standardization Department, and in this capacity is responsible for monitoring the regulatory support aspect of the digital development roadmap.He specializes in telecommunications law, new information and communication technologies and competition law.
